#introducing our cello faculty!
As a recitalist, soloist, chamber musician, and master teacher, cellist Steven Doane has appeared overseas and throughout the US. He has been on the cello faculty of the Eastman School of Music since 1981 and is a visiting professor and Fellow of the Royal Academy of London.
At Vivac-e, Doane will give lessons and master classes. He will also lead a course of cello ergonomics, explaining how to develop freedom of movement, balance and fluency at the cello.
