Zoey Lou currently studies at The Juilliard School Precollege with Helen Huang. She was selected as finalist of the Frederic Chopin International Piano Competition in Valldemossa, received third prize at the MingZhu Cup Piano Competition (Junior Division 2012), first prize at the Hailun Piano National Competition (2013), first prize at the Golden Sunflower Cup National Piano Competition (Junior Division 2014), (2016), and first prize at the Shanghai International Music Festival and Piano Competition (Junior Division 2016). Zoey has also appeared at the European Pianofest in Spain and the Music Festival at Walnut Hill.
