Chloe Hong is a nineteen year old from South Pasadena, California, who began her violin studies at the age of six. She currently studies violin with Paul Biss at the New England Conservatory of Music. Chloe has performed in masterclasses led by Grigory Kalinovsky, Ani Kavafian and Alexander Treger. She was selected in 2017 to perform the second movement of Bach’s Double Violin Concerto with Anne Akiko Meyers. Chloe participated in the New York String Orchestra Seminar, Eastern Sierra Symphony Festival, Montecito International Music Festival, Curtis Summerfest, Pasadena Chamber Music Intensive, as well as LACMA’s Sundays Live. Her violin and bow is generously on loan from the Maestro Foundation.
