Alexander Moroz, age 20, is currently a student at the University of Ottawa studying viola with Michael van der Sloot. A consistent prizewinner in local and provincial competitions, Sasha performed as soloist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. He also toured Canada from coast to coast as a member of the National Youth Orchestra, and attended and performed in summer music programs around the world. He has extensive chamber music experience, most notably as a member of his family piano quartet.
