Vartan Mailiantz is a 26 year old violinist who currently resides in New York. He holds degrees from the KR Musical College (B.M. and B.A), Moscow State Conservatory (M.M., M.A., and D.M.A), and the Mannes School of Music at The New School in New York. An active chamber and orchestra musician, Vartan appeared at many festivals in Russia and New York. He also performed in masterclasses for Zakhar Bron, Pierre Amoyal, Yuri Bashmet, Vladimir Spivakov, Boris Kushnir, and Viktoria Mullova.
