Sophia Steger, age 21, is currently at The Juilliard School studying with Catherine Cho. She was awarded first prize in the 2019 Adelphi Young Artists Competition and has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the New York Chamber Players, New York International Chamber Orchestra, Seniors Orchestral Society of New York, and the New York Concerti Sinfonietta. She attended the Heifetz International Music Institute, Aspen Summer Music Festival, and Castleman Quartet Program. Sophia feels passionately about using music for humanitarian and environmental causes.
