Sophia Knappe is a 17-year-old cellist from Raleigh, North Carolina, and currently studies with Bonnie Thron. She performed in masterclasses and lessons for renowned musicians including Zuill Bailey, Mark Kosower, Anthony Elliott, Yoshi Masuda, the Eroica Trio, and the Juilliard String Quartet. She is currently a member of the WCPE Scholarship Ensemble and a senior at Enloe High School.
