Kaun Liu is a 16-year-old cellist from China and is currently attending the Vanke Meisha Academy, where he studies with Yiqiu Chen. He was the winner of the 2018 Malta International Music Competition and the 2020 Great Composers Competition. He performed in masterclasses for Ulf Tischbirek, David Ying, and Sven Holger Philipse and performed in ShenZhen Concert Hall and Carnegie Hall.
